Kemps Creek Industrial Estate

The Kemps Creek Industrial Estate at 200 Aldington Road is being delivered under State Significant Development Consent SSD-10479. The project comprises a staged industrial estate including 13 warehouse buildings, internal road infrastructure, stormwater systems, and landscaping.

The consent has been progressively refined through a series of modifications to optimise the estate layout, infrastructure delivery, and built form outcomes.

MOD 2 approved amendments to the concept development and subdivision layout, alongside updates to Stage 1 civil works including earthworks and stormwater infrastructure.

MOD 3 enabled delivery of key regional road infrastructure, including upgrades to Mamre Road, Abbotts Road, and Aldington Road, and associated intersection works.

MOD 4 introduced design refinements to the Stage 1 warehouse on Lot F, including adjustments to built form, height, plant layout, parking, and landscaping.

MOD 5 includes further amendments to the concept development and subdivision layout to support ongoing optimisation of the estate.

MOD 6 includes the built form changes proposed for Lot M, as well as other minor amendments across Lots A, B, C, G and J.

MOD 8 was lodged with DPHI on 13/02/26 and includes amendments to the intersection 4 design. 

Works are underway on Stage 1 of the development, with estate civil infrastructure works approximately 99% complete as at Q3 2026.
